SYSTEMS & PRODUCTS
The right system for your concrete.
Every concrete surface has different needs. We match the repair method and coating system to your substrate, use case, and Colorado's climate — not just what’s easiest to install.
Epoxy Coating
coating
Two-part thermosetting resin system that bonds mechanically to concrete and cures to a hard, chemical-resistant surface. Available in 100% solids, water-based, and novolac formulations for residential garages, commercial floors, and industrial environments.
Polyaspartic Coating
coating
Fast-curing aliphatic polyurea-polyaspartic hybrid that resists UV yellowing, handles temperature extremes, and can be installed in a single day. Ideal for Colorado's high-altitude UV exposure and freeze-thaw cycling environments.
Quartz Broadcast System
coating
Epoxy or polyaspartic base coat with kiln-dried quartz aggregate broadcast to full rejection, creating a slip-resistant, seamless surface with excellent compressive strength. Common in commercial kitchens, pool decks, and locker rooms.
Metallic & Flake/Chip System
finish
Decorative vinyl chip (flake) or metallic pigment broadcast into an epoxy or polyaspartic base, sealed with a clear topcoat. Chips hide imperfections and create a terrazzo-like appearance; metallic pigments produce swirling, marbled effects.
Polyurea Joint Sealant
repair
Semi-rigid two-component polyurea that fills and stabilizes control joints and saw-cut grooves, preventing edge spalling under forklift and vehicle traffic while accommodating minor seasonal movement from Colorado's expansive clay soils.
Elastic Polyurethane Crack Caulk
repair
Single- or two-component elastic polyurethane used to fill and seal moving cracks, expansion joints, and perimeter gaps. Remains flexible through repeated freeze-thaw cycles, accommodating the heave and settlement common in Colorado's bentonite clay soils.
Micro-Topping / Overlay Resurfacer
finish
Polymer-modified cementitious overlay applied at 1/8" to 1/4" thickness to resurface spalled, stained, or worn concrete slabs without full removal. Accepts integral color, saw-cut patterns, and topical sealers for a fresh decorative surface.
Penetrating Concrete Sealer
sealer
Silane, siloxane, or silane-siloxane blend that penetrates the concrete matrix and chemically reacts to reduce water and chloride intrusion without changing the surface appearance. Critical protection against de-icing salt damage on Denver metro driveways and walkways.
Topical Concrete Sealer
sealer
Acrylic, polyurethane, or epoxy film-forming sealer applied to the concrete surface to enhance color, add sheen, and protect against staining and abrasion. Available in matte, satin, and high-gloss finishes for stamped concrete and decorative flatwork.
Stamped & Decorative Concrete
concrete
New or resurfaced concrete imprinted with texture mats and integral or broadcast color to replicate stone, brick, slate, or wood. A cost-effective way to achieve high-end aesthetics on patios, driveways, pool decks, and walkways throughout the Front Range.
