WARRANTY
Our 1-year workmanship warranty.
Plain terms: what's covered, when it starts, and how to ask for a touch-up.
What's covered
Every Concrete Doctor job carries a 1-year limited workmanship warranty. It covers the work our crew performed on the scope in your approved estimate. If a problem traces back to how we did the work, contact us and we'll take care of it.
When it starts
- Coverage runs for one year from the date the job is substantially complete.
- It applies once the job is paid in full.
- It covers the original customer and the work in the original estimate. It does not transfer to a new owner.
What's not covered
The warranty covers our workmanship, not the concrete itself or things that happen to it later. It does not cover:
- New cracking, settling or freeze-thaw movement in the concrete
- Efflorescence, discoloration or spalling
- Chemical damage
- Moisture coming up through or into the slab
- Failure of the concrete or base underneath our work
- Repairs or changes made by someone else
- Vehicle or impact damage, and misuse
- Normal wear
- Damage from not following the care or maintenance instructions we give you
- Conditions outside Concrete Doctor's control
How to request a touch-up
Call (303) 988-2558 or email info@concretedr.com and include:
- Your name and the job address
- About when the work was done
- A few photos of the area
We'll review it and set up a time to take a look.
This page is a plain-language summary. The full warranty terms are in the Terms & Conditions attached to your estimate, and those terms control if anything here differs. Questions before you book? Contact us.
